Presenter: Terri Tipton, V.P. Professional Services, is a 16 year veteran with IPRO Tech. Terri has been providing training or overseeing training services to IPRO’s client base for the past 14 years.
Terri Tipton’s presentation will cover the power, as well as tips and tricks available in the IPRO Tech Software Suite. Some of the topics to be covered include: Manipulating and Massaging the Image database with LFP files, Tips & Tricks for IPRO Build, the ins and outs of the IPRO Tech Utility.

Heather Pottle has been a Senior Project Manager with Daegis since 2006, and has over 10 years of managing complex litgation matters. Daegis is an independent, privately owned company, and has direct input and oversight when it comes to recommending cost-efficient solutions for consulting, data collection, e-discovery processing, hosting, review, paper discovery and production services. Headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in NY, Boston and Chicago.
John Parker, Director of Discovery Solutions, at Epiq Systems, has spent the past seven years in the eDiscovery legal space dealing with product development, consulting and project management of high volume, multi-party, aggressive, complex cases. Epiq, a leading provider of litigation, bankruptcy, and class action solutions to the legal industry, has nine locations throughout the US and UK, is Epiq is Safe Harbor certified and has expertise with data affected by US export controls. Epiq’s bankruptcy division is handling the claims for the Lehman Brothers case and rated in the Top 5 for eDiscovery service providers in the 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Report.
